Edit: Choose One of the Four Categories, Not Two!

This is a total revision and restructuring of the contest to make things easier and less hectic than before, So without further adieu there is the outlines for Might of Maidens 2009.

Might of Maidens Mutlispecies Bodybuilding Competition

After the success of last year's Might of Maidens competition and the support of many talented writers and artists. The Twin Studios is hosting the events of the 2009 Might of Maidens competition. But the current rules where in a sense over complicated and can be totally confusing so I am doing away with them for something simple and more easier to understand.


Basic Rules for Judges and the Press.

I need eight people to become judges for the competition and all judges most seek each contestant based on these values:

-Talent
-Execution
-Sportsmanship
-Style & Grace
-Definition
-Charisma/Wow Factor

The scores will range from 0.0 to 10.0 and only within tha range. Email me at twinstudios(at)gmail(dot)com with "Judge Submission" in the subject line.


For the press writers and artists.

You can submit short articles, press pictures (at comprehensible level) and even short stories relating to the events that go down on Might of Maidens and MaidensEXPO. Only the press can also submit contestants.

Basic Rules for Contestants.

As you know after last year each artist is required to make three pictures for each of the categories listed for the show. Today there are going to be more categories but the contestant now has the option to choose only one category.

Special note: Writer/Creator/Artist Teams are welcome as long as they acknowledge themselves as a team.

-Talent

-Fashion: This year's theme - The Maiden Machine. All clothing related to the heavy industrial life an machinery associated with it.

-Strength Display/Posure

-Maximum Flexout: Totally new category that involves the all out flexing of the contestant to their maximum bigness.


There are conditions for different types of contestants though:

Shifters(all kinds)
Any contestant must present themselves in the size, mass or form they say they go in as.

Twins Rule
Contestants who are part of twins, triplets, etc can participate but they all must participate in only one category and will be judged completely as one contestant.

Permanent Macros
Take special consideration for the saftey of the other contestants, audience and personnel when posing and walking off and on stage.


Weight Classes

There are three weight classes but the first and third classes are way broader.

Light
At and under 500 lbs.

Medium
Between 500 lbs. and 5 tons

Heavy
At and above 5 tons.

Email the following into twinstudios(at)gmail.com with "Contestant Submission" on the subject line with this.

Character Sheet (optional)

Basic stats and weight class of the contestant she'll be in.

Pictures of contestant (unlimited) comics, pin-ups, single shots etc.

The need for judges still is a must and I only got one who I forgot and that leaves eight left. The competition will start from April 5 to October 31st so get cracking!
